Position 1:
Senior PMO Process Analyst

Currently Seeking:
Searching for a strong Senior Process Analyst. This position is with a major Retail organization in the northwest.
Purpose/Summary:
The Process/Project Management Office of our client is expanding its charter and has an immediate need for a Sr. Process Analyst. This position will partner with the IT systems delivery teams and leadership to review current Systems Delivery Processes, provide guidance and define success measurements and/or improvement initiatives which will ensure that best practices are executed on all projects. The qualified candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to create presentation materials and provide meeting facilitation involving multiple levels of IT and Business project leadership. The Sr. Process Analyst will also provide coaching and mentoring to other PMO Process Analysts. Overall, this candidate must be a self starter who strongly possesses proven process, organizational, presentation and coaching capabilities.

Primary Job Functions:
• Facilitate cross functional meetings focused to identify areas and optimize Software Delivery process protocol best practices
• Able to effectively reconcile divergent demands of multiple parties in a constrained environment
• Define/develop/maintain resolution alternatives for process ‘points of pain´ which are creative in nature and executable and measurable in practice
• Support the IT project managers by providing the tools and training needed to help ensure they deliver their projects on time/on budget - with high customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain metrics to ensure adherence to enterprise policy, process, procedure and best practices for Project Management and Software Development
• Must have proven ability/experience to create and deliver formal presentations to all levels of project leadership - with regularly interaction with IT management, supervisors and leads on project efforts
• Define/improve current process change readiness program to ensure successful and up to date training/communication vehicle of process best practice new/improved initiatives to the system delivery teams


Desired Qualifications:
• 5+ years experience in project management execution or as PMO analyst, solid understanding of PMI project management best practices and/or Capability Maturity Model (CMM)
• Proven skill and commitment to building and maintaining relationships with all IT staff and users
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences
• Expertise with Project Management tools and Microsoft Suite (MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.)
• Experience with statistical modeling techniques
• Experience in forecasting and budgeting
• Strong adherence to deadlines and seeing tasks through to completion - strong time management and organizational skills
• Understanding of ITL operational processes and procedures is a plus
• BA degree in CIS, MIS, Business or equivalent education and experience required. Retail experience is a plus

Position 2:
Senior PMO Manager - Consultant
PMO Manager for a large healthcare organization in the Seattle area.



Purpose/Summary:

Searching for a Senior PMO manager who has worked with IT Project Portfolio toos, i.e., such as Project Server to help create systems/tools in place for their current PMO intiative.

This consulting role will partner with the IT teams and leadership to review current Systems Delivery Processes in place and make a recommendation on what tool/tools should be in place to help better align this organizations PMO efforts. This person will provide guidance and define success measurements and/or improvement initiatives which will ensure that best practices are executed on all projects.

The consultant must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to create presentation materials and provide meeting facilitation involving multiple levels of processes. This project manager will have a defined understanding of Portfolio management and have worked in the health care sector. Overall, this candidate must be a self starter who strongly processes proven organizational, PM tools and strong PM skills.

This role is for a high-level consultant and is actively being sought after.
